Kitchen and Bath

A home at the top of the hill with amazing views and character needed much repair due to the previous owner. The galley kitchen was falling apart and was separated from the family room with a single door. The bathroom was awkward to use with a vanity too big for the narrow bathroom. The tile that was also long past its prime. We removed a wall between the kitchen and family room and created a radius corner opening that matched the other passages in the home. A new window was installed in the kitchen, with the trim custom stained mahogany to match the rest of the homes trim. New cabinets and appliances, along with new flooring, counters and Carrera marble backsplash tile created an elegant look. The bathroom now boasts a rectangular wall mounted sink, a custom recessed medicine cabinet, and shower and sinks fixtures to match the brushed antique gold towel bars original to the home. Excellent collaboration with the clients helped this project sing.
