Broadview Basement

The basement bath created out of a space next to the laundry room. After removing the concrete slab and tying into existing waste and drain lines we were able to fulfill the client’s needs for a completely accessible bathroom. Curbless shower floor with a fixed glass shield, grab bars, wall hung toilet and beautiful tile makes this bathroom user friendly and welcoming. All three Broadview bathrooms designed and constructed by Fosmore Construction.
