This is one of our most inspired projects for a client who wanted to update her bathroom to accommodate her physical needs. Every aspect of this bathroom – from the placement of the towel bars, the grab bars, the lighting, and the overall design – was intentionally prepared for this client with her capable partnership. The meetings were fruitful with a lively exchange of ideas between our Architectural Drafter and the client to give the best bathroom to support her ADA needs. The entire bathroom floor is heated. We helped the client design the lighting including up-lighting in the soffit and under the quartz shelf that rests on hidden supports under the mirror. The fun surface-mounted lights reflect in both the mirror and soffit for dramatic effect. The shower wall made clever use of the wall cap that doubles as a shelf in the niche. The client took her time picking out just the right tile and the exciting patterns of the tiles inspire her every day. Tile installed by Decker Design with tile layout by the GM.
