Magnolia

This master bedroom suite was straight out of the early 1980’s. Fosmore Construction design team worked closely with them to develop ideas for the tile and fixture selection. Custom cabinetry was built in where a previous tub/shower stood. A hanging vanity cabinet has a counter using the same granite tile that is in the shower area. A custom dressing room was also created with new built-ins and custom closet systems. New carpeting and windows were installed in the bedroom. Hanging custom barn doors are used to separate the bedroom from the vestibule area and for the toilet room. Double shower heads, a bench and sealed can lights highlight the shower area. The adjoining deck outside the bedroom received repairs, new IPE wood decking, new side walls and paint.
