Richmond Beach

This home had three decks that needed replacement or repair. The South Deck needed the most work. The entrance was awkward and unsafe, the decking was rotting away, and the stairs were difficult to navigate. We were able to build and pour a new concrete driveway and walkway with steps into the lower yard. The upper deck was increased in size to bridge to the back yard and the entrance landing to the house was enlarged and made safe with railings and solid stairs.

The West Deck received a new French door and a new railing system to match the South Deck. The North Deck received new railings and new paint on the stairs.
