South Edmonds

This Edmonds home required much needed updating from electrical rewiring to a more inclusive floor plan. The rooms were hard to navigate, and the kitchen was inadequate to facilitate the large groups of family and friends. After working with our Architectural Drafter, we collaboratively developed new plans that met the needs and wants of the family including a special coffee and beverage center and a custom gas fireplace. We also added an additional exterior door that required a small bump out so the clients could access the yard in more than one way. The laundry room turned into a walk-in pantry. Removing non-load bearing walls increased the flow of traffic from the living room to the family/kitchen area. Every element of this new space was a thorough and detailed collaboration between client and contractor resulting in a beautiful outcome.
