View Ridge

Our repeat client in View Ridge has an amazing creek side midcentury modern home designed by Ralph Anderson – the iconic Seattle architect responsible for helping develop the NW mid-century modern architectural style as well as helping preserve Seattle’s Pioneer Square. Several years ago, we remodeled their architecturally designed bathroom. We were privileged to be invited back to remodel their kitchen. All the existing layout of cabinets and appliances stayed in the same position except for a small peninsula and use of an abandoned chimney chase for cabinetry. The custom-made soffit detail was reproduced by our Finish Carpenter. Every detail was carefully picked out by the clients with their able kitchen designer, Lucy Johnson with Lucy Johnson Interior Design. The handmade clay tiles are from Heath Tiles. Floor and backsplash tile installed by Strictly Tile. The cabinets were produced by Pilchuck Cabinetry. Pulls are from Sagatsune.
