Who We Are – Fosmore Construction has been providing inventive solutions to remodeling challenges faced by Seattle area homeowners for over 18 years. For most of us, owning a home is our largest investment. We understand how overwhelming the remodeling process can feel and how many decisions and discoveries are involved. Fosmore Construction is highly skilled at addressing these issues and we know how to confidently re-imagine spaces that need improvement.

Wally Fosmore
General Manager
Wally started Fosmore Construction Inc in 2004 because he is passionate about high quality construction and remodeling and has since grown a satisfied group of customers through word-of-mouth referrals. Wally is a journey level electrician, a certified HVAC technician and welder. He has worked on multi-million-dollar projects as a facility manager for the local community colleges and has worked with numerous architects and engineers. He loves to build, and more importantly, loves knowing he is bringing the highest quality work for the best value to his clients. Wally works closely with our experienced lead carpenters to ensure the best outcome for every project. Wally also enjoy smoking his own meat for barbecue, making beer and canning food.
Melody Fosmore
Sales and Marketing
Melody has an eye for color and detail and for over 20 years worked as a graphic designer for several companies. She loves to collaborate with clients who need a little help discovering the best fit of fixtures, tile, wall color and other elements that contribute to an overall living space. She takes great satisfaction in working with Wally to bring quality design, construction resources and a positive experience to their clients’ lives. Melody also works with the company’s Project Manager and Financial Manager with closely watched budgets, schedules, and operations. Melody is also an accomplished textile quilt artist.
